After a memorable & enjoyable visit to Napa Valley in the fall harvest of 1999,
I gained a better understanding to the process of making wine and the pride and passion displayed
by the many people involved. I vowed that I would do my best to represent the same pride and passion
on our wine list when I returned to Bacari.
The result: The Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine.
