In order for your function to run smoothly and efficiently, we ask that you become familiar with the following policies:
Guarantees
We ask that you guarantee the number of guests attending your function
72 hours in advance. This guarantee will be final. Should
the amount of people guaranteed increase, those extra people will
be charged accordingly. There is a 25 adult minimum for the Terrace
Room. The Banquet Room has a minimum of 50 adults per event. Appointments
should be made to finalize the menu at least two weeks prior to
your event.
Payment
We request a $500 deposit to hold any specific date. Deposits
are non refundable and prices are subject to change before the acceptance
of any deposit. Payments may be made by cash or bank check. All
payments should be made 72 hours in advance when the final guarantee
is given. Any outstanding balance will be made upon completion of
the event by cash or check only.
Taxes & Gratuities
The menu prices do not include tax and gratuity. Bacari will add applicable sales tax and appropriate gratuity to all food and beverage sales.
Parking
Valet parking will be available to those events occurring on Saturday evenings or when management sees it necessary to provide for both guests of private affairs as well as guests of the restaurant. Should you choose to acquire valet services, an appropriate fee will be charged.
Rentals
Bacari will gladly custom design your function with any special requests you may have. Any expense for the rental of specific items will be reflected on your statement (i.e. floor length tablecloths, audio visual equipment, specific china, silverware, stemware, etc.)
